Born in Drebizond, Turkey, 1905; relocation of family to Batum, Azerbaijan; family ownership of factories; reminiscence of Armenian intellectual life in Tbilisi, Georgia: music, theater, art; marital relationship; successful artistic career; creation of frescos; reparation of Indian and Persian paintings; creation of refugee portraits; collaboration with prominent Armenian poet; assistance to refugees escaping Moush, Van; care of refugees in Yerevan and Etchmiadsin; influence as an artist.
