Co-Chairman of Nuclear Threat Initiative. Ambition to serve as U.S. Senator and consideration to run for U.S. President; reflections on David A. Hamburg's support of Nuclear Threat Initiative (NTI); proposing Risk Reductions Centers to President Ronald W.
