Biographical Note

Qin Dechun was born in Shandong. He attended military school from 1908 and 1922. He was a commander in the Zhili Army and later joined the Feng Yuxiang force. He held multiple military posts and was also the Governor of Chahar province and a Mayor of Peiping. He represented the Chinese government in the International Military Tribunal in Tokyo and served in the Ministry of National Defense

Scope and Contents

The interview focuses on Qin's military education, his military career, and his involvement in the Northern Expedition and the Sino-Japanese War. The interview accompanied by 4 photographs taken during the interview
