Biographical Note

Zhang Weihan was born and educated in Yunnan. He was a staff officer and assistant to General Cai E and Tang Jiyao.

Scope and Contents

In the interview, Zhang discusses the campaigns against Yuan Shikai and Zhang Xun, his career in Yunnan, its local politics, and his participation in the Nationalist Government after 1929.
