Lucien Hilmer discusses his work on the Federal Communications Commission, the work and personality of James Lawrence Fly, Telford Taylor, the Cox Committee, and other topics. During digitization of the audio, staff observed that a portion of the audio transcribed as Hilmer is likely a different, unidentified subject. The section with the unidentified voice corresponds to the range 0:34 - 20:58 in the second segment of digitized audio
