Born April 1930 in Cleveland, Ohio, raised in Oakland, California. Studied at Santa Fe State University and then University of California, Los Angeles. Moved to New York City in January 1959. Started own Public Relations firm, directed musicals, established two clubs called Backstage and On-stage. Moved in to Manhattan Plaza 1977. Location, neighborhood, favorable opinion towards Manhattan Plaza, maintenance, amenities and services
