Scope and Contents

This is the first in a series of two forums that the Columbia University School of Journalism held to assess the state of journalism in the United States in the 1960s. The first forum featured the observations of learned observers from outside the profession of journalism. Participants were Grayson Kirk, moderator; Charles Frankel, Polykarp Kusch, Margaret Mead, and Leo Rosten
