Biographical Note

Quincy Blair was born in Harlem, New York City. He graduated from Eagle Academy for Young Men of Harlem high school, class of 2020. He attends Lycoming College, and he is part of the graduating class of 2024. Quincy is the president of the Iota-Beta Chapter of Lambda Chi Alpha

Scope and Contents

As a young adult and life-long resident of Harlem, Quincy Blair shares his perspective about Columbia University's engagement with the Harlem community to help combat the negative consequences of racism in employment, healthcare, housing, and business. He also shares his perspective on how Columbia University can make improvements moving forward. The interview focuses on the following key themes: power and control, equity, communication, accountability, and responsibility
