Scope and Contents

These interviews deal with labor and civil liberties during the New Deal, with discussion of the roles of the National Labor Relations Board and the Congress of Industrial Organizations, anti-union practices in industry and agriculture, the functioning of the committee, and recollections of Senator Robert M.
