Participating organizations included the Citizens Budget Commission, the Citizens Union, the New York Chamber of Commerce, the Women's City Club, and the Commerce and Industry Association. Transcripts of these interviews became a basis for the report, NEW YORK CITY'S DEPUTY MAYOR, CITY ADMINISTRATOR--ACCOMPLISHMENTS, PROBLEMS AND POTENTIALITIES by Professor Demetrios Caraley.
