Scope and Contents

This series of memoirs from some of the outstanding members of the New York bench and bar is designed to preserve their observations and recollections of colleagues and significant cases for the general scholar as well as for historians of the law. The participants discuss their education, their views of courts and the law, and their concept pf professional responsibility.
