Born Danbury, CT; education: B.A. communications and design Central Connecticut State University 1992; career: project manager Viant Corporation, assigned to Lehman Brothers project at World Trade Center; 9/11: voting before work, different subway route to work, witness to plane hitting North Tower while inside Starbucks, reaching husband by phone and meeting him at his workplace, contacting friends and family; post-9/11: disbelief of own experience, watching television coverage constantly, writing down of experience, talking about experience to family and friends, questions about impact on the country.
