Senior Partner, Millbank, Tweed, Hadley & McLoy; President of the Board of Trustees, New York Public Library; Chairman of the Board, New York School of Social Work; Trustee, Russell Sage Foundation, Carnegie Corporation of New York, the Millbank Fund and the Grant Foundation.
