Bush's announcement of event as terrorist attack; post-9/11: work with St. Vincent's Hospital and Family Assistance Center, counseling and economic assistance, work with Chinese Staff and Workers Association, formation of 9/11 United Services Group, discussion of psychological treatment, special needs of immigrants and undocumented workers.
